The touch panels commercialized by Jippo are much more practical and have a lower cost than the traditional ones available on the market.
They consists in a technology which two cameras with infrared sensors can be installed on any surface, projecting and allowing the manipulation of contents transmitted from a computer or tablet, for example.
The Touch Screen Panel has a simple structure of two cameras and retroreflective tape that identifies the touch by triangulation. The screen itself does not have any sensors.
The panel has optical units only in two corners (top or bottom) of the screen. The single sensor mechanism allows three sides of the panel to be completely free of electronic devices.
You can use different panel controls using just a different number of fingers.
In addition to having a high-speed response time of 10 milliseconds, the panel uses image sensors, which are superior to linear ones, and software that is able to adjust the light axis automatically.
The panels have scalable sizes, displays and formats.
They can have sizes between 15 and 270 inches with LCD displays, PDP or Projectors
The formats of the panels are varied, such as square panels, with resolutions 4:3 or 16:9 widescreen, or circular with multiplays 3:3
